We are a non-profit community service organization dedicated to serving the youth of Amherst NY through fundraising.
The following are the thoughts of George Klein, one of the original three, Jolly Boys extraordinaire.
In 1971,Charlie and Carol Klafka were the advisors to the Catholic Youth Organization for Saints Peter & Paul parish in Williamsville, along with my wife Corrine and me, and Bruno and Gloria Yetto. Charlie and Carol then took on the Drill Team and the Color Guard.
At a meeting at our good friend Jean Gaulin's house, Charlie mentioned he would like to have the group represent the American Legion (Lamm Post), at their national convention.
